ABOUT PAULA

I am a  Holistic Therapist, Mother, Nan to two gorgeous grandchildren, Ambassador for Breast Cancer UK, Secretary for the Peacehaven & District Chamber of Commerce, supporter for Care for the Carers and I have a zest for life!

I had my first massage and non-invasive Polylaser treatment in my late 50s: WOW, it was impressive. I tried more natural anti-ageing therapies and found them the most relaxing and enjoyable treatments I had ever had, with the benefit of my face glowing with health. 

This experience changed my life; I then trained as a therapist in massage, nutrition, natural anti-ageing techniques and as a Polylaser specialist. I left my high-powered, 24/7 business career and after training took over the existing ‘Anti Aging Therapy’ in 2016. Whilst the business has been rebranded to:

you’ll still find the original specialist treatments that were offered, plus a few more, and superb natural products from UK based Natural Elements, who are my chosen skincare supplier.

My interest in wellbeing and natural products led me to becoming a Breast Cancer Ambassador with the aim to support Breast Cancer prevention in men and women.  Please let me know if I can be of help by giving a talk on how to avoid harmful chemicals in everyday life.  

I work from my home in Peacehaven and also The Blueroom in Seaford. I also work at Parris Lawn Care Home, Ringmer offering massage and manicures.  Many of the residents suffer with Dementia and Parkinsons  and find my treatments comforting. I truly love my work and I have met the most amazing people.
